This lot features a large shark tunnel tank, large aquariums with full size fish and many smaller aquariums including a fountain with animated fish swimming in it. This lot also has a Butterfly Exhibit featuring beautiful landscaping and butterflies everywhere.
Other features: Cafe, Fine Dining Restaurant on top level with glass bottom floor and aquarium underneath, gift shop, outdoor ponds, play area and picnic area.
Important! Please read the install instructions carefully (at the end of this post) as this lot has a lot of custom content and it will not look right if you don't install everything correctly. A couple game mods are also required.
Fog Emitters have been used for animations. These will show up as blue balls in build mode, do not delete them or the animations will be removed. See details at end of post.

Tip: In order to see the upper and lower floors rendered while in play mode you must make sure you game options are set to render inactive floors. That way you can see the aquariums above and below you.
Install Instructions:
The zip file contains the lot in Sims3Package format and five .package files that need to go into your Mods/Packages folder. Also included are the OMSP (One More Slot Please), OMSP Tipsy, and More Fish in Aquarium Mod. You will need to put these mods in your mds/packages folder for the lot to work correctly. Not installing the OMSP mod will mess up the animated effects of this lot.There are no spawners in the ponds so you can add whatever you prefer.
Known Issue: Sometimes the shark animations stop working. To fix this, enter build mode and double click on the blue Fog Emitter balls in the shark tank (level 1 & 2) and they will be fixed. Make sure any that are on top of OMSP are not moved off as the animations appear below the FE and will not work if placed on floor.

HI I'm trying to download this and it's giving me a message saying file is too big for Google to scan for virus, do you want to download anyways? I click download anyway and it's not downloading. Not sure if you're still active on this site or when you uploaded the download but if it's possible do you mind putting the download on mediafire or box or something. I really really want this lot.
